ACADEMIC BACKGROUND and WORK HISTORYInes Mader, M.D. was trained in medicine and worked as a physician before heading a business unit in the pharmaceutical industry for ten years. When she went back to academia, she served as Managing Director of the largest Austrian study group, ABCSG. Together with Robert Mader, she is the founder of CRETA. After his training as a biochemist, Robert Mader started his career in experimental oncology at the Medical University of Vienna. As a senior scientist in molecular pharmacology, he serves as Director for Translational Research since 2010. CRETA has an excellent knowledge in drug development and translational research, which perfectly matches with the needs of start-ups and small biotech companies.
